Warranty

You receive a 2-year legal warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the sale. With, for example, second-hand products or margin products and demo products. When does my warranty request start? We start your warranty request within 5 working days after your product has been delivered to our warehouse. If you have been sent a return label, you will see in the track & trace data that we have sent you by e-mail if and when your package has arrived at our warehouse. We will send a confirmation by e-mail as soon as we start your warranty request.

Register warranty online

Register the product via our warranty conditions, see the general conditions. Then you will receive a warranty form from us.
In Q4 2020, a special warranty page will be launched where you can enter and track your warranty online.

In case of a defective product, we pay the return costs, see our general conditions.

When the defect is under warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge for you. We will also return the repaired or replacement product to you free of charge. If the defect is not covered by warranty, we will tell you what the repair costs are. We will not have anything repaired without your permission. The shipping costs to get the product back to you are for your own account.
