After first using, I surprised with the output, because I have another maker’s one. Output volume was higher than another one, and plenty of sound. It was another good experience of USB DAC unexpected, and satisfied with it and additional low price with sale. Actually I hesitated purchasing of it, what if there’s no difference with the another one of waste of money. But it was gone after using it. Hello, The small part makes my tablet so much better so without Hidizs everything sounds so tired and sleepy. And now with the S3 all the music opens up like I almost have it on the pc. For travelling by train, hotels, walking it’s enough to enjoy music all the time without having to carry a lot of luggage. Happy to have bought it. The only thing I miss is an adapter for IOS devices, which is of course stupid if you have a tablet or smartphone with both operating systems. I can still recommend t…

Sounds great and gets sufficiently loud. Surprisingly loud soundstage, and great detail retrieval. Punchier lows and highs, mid is slightly smoothed out. I have a larger, nicer portable DAC, and I have to pay attention to notice the difference.

I wish that I could charge my device while I’m listening ????. There is a difference between having it on my note 20 and using it without. It’s like a feature the panasonic boom boxs had that opened the sound field with the flip of a switch. The sound becomes more colorful and bright to me and it didn’t break the savings account. ????

Does exactly what it says! Very happy with this device. My HiRes music sounds really excellent through my Android smartphone. However, if you want the best sound you must reflash the firmware and it’s not quite as simple as it should be. But there’s plenty of help out there and I got it done, hence four stars. Five had the flashing worked without hassle!
